US Airways is under scrutiny for sending out a Twitter message with a pornographic image as a response to a customer. The airline company has acknowledged that the image indeed came from their twitter account, and that they are currently investigating the matter.
Although the image was removed ever since, the image has been posted across the internet. US Airways has 422,000 Twitter followers. This is not the first time that a company has been involved in such a mess when Chrysler sent out a tweet that included foul language in 2011.
